Every call
answered.

You’re on a roof, under a sink, or driving. The phone rings. HelloCaller picks up, sounds like a real person, takes every detail, and puts the visit on your calendar.

Your number stays yours. Nothing books as final without you.

01 · Listen

What a call sounds like

A sample, so you can hear the pace. It asks what you’d ask, in order, and doesn’t rush people.

02 · Setup

Running in an afternoon

No scripts to write, no app for your customers to download.

  1. Tell it about your businessYour hours, where you work, the kinds of calls you get, what to ask, and who gets told. Plain questions, plain answers.
  2. Forward your calls, or get a numberYour existing number keeps working. Calls you don’t pick up, or all of them, go to your assistant.
  3. Leads land where you lookThe right person gets an email or a text within seconds. Every call, with its transcript, is in the app on your phone.

03 · What it does

The front-desk job. Not a phone tree.

Built by a working roofing contractor who was tired of missed calls.

Answers like a personA natural voice that asks the questions you’d ask, in order, and doesn’t rush. Honest when someone sincerely asks if it’s an AI.
Knows what’s urgentYou decide what counts for your trade: a leak coming in now, no heat, no power. Those get flagged and sent to the right person first.
Takes times, or pencils visits inEither it collects when the caller is free and your team books it, or it pencils a tentative visit into an open slot for you to confirm. Never final on its own.
Your calendar, your wayA built-in calendar, Google Calendar sync both ways, and a private feed for Apple Calendar and Outlook.
Tells the right peopleQuotes to your estimator, repairs to your service lead, applicants to whoever hires. Email or text, per kind of call, from your own address.
Private by designEach business is walled off in the database itself. Call recording only ever with the caller’s okay.

04 · Calendar

Visits land where you already look

Google Calendar syncs both ways: new visits go on it, and times you’re already busy are never offered to callers. Apple Calendar and Outlook subscribe to a private link.

Straight answers

Will callers know it’s not a person?

It sounds like a person and it doesn’t announce itself. If someone sincerely asks, it tells the truth. You decide whether it asks permission to record the call; we recommend it, and Alberta privacy law expects it.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. You forward your existing number, either only the calls you miss or all of them. Or we give you a new local number.

What happens with an emergency?

You tell it what counts as urgent for your trade. Those calls get flagged first, texted to the right person, and the caller is told someone will call back as soon as possible.

Does it book jobs on its own?

Your choice. It can take the caller’s preferred times and leave the booking to you, or pencil a tentative visit into an open slot for you to confirm. It never books anything as final.

Where do the leads go?

Email, text, or both, per kind of call, to whoever you pick. Everything is also in the app with the full transcript.

What does it cost?

We’re onboarding businesses one at a time right now and setting pricing with them. Ask for an invite and we’ll talk.
